Opportunity: Newcomers to Roanoke VA the Meyers family wanted to put down roots and build their own home. Bringing with them design sensibilities and construction principals from Texas they had definite ideas on how the home was to be built. The couple had already contracted with an architect to help them in putting together the plans.
Application: Structures Design/Build worked with the client to help them realize what they had envisioned for the home. Structures worked with the architect and the Meyers family to assimilate preconceived ideas and construction methods to meet local building practices and climate conditions and most importantly meet the couple’s budget.
